"worrywart"?

So today I found out i worry about every little thing possible... my mom called me a "worry wart"? what is a worry wart you might ask? well the definition is me...  I worry and worry and worry. I always have to have a plan set and good, I can't just forget about things. I'm always thinking into things so much, and think of all the possible outcomes! I guess thats not such a bad thing right? well my mom made it sound like it was...Well, i guess the first step is admitting to the problem; I AM A WORRY WART...now how can I stop it?
